Maprehension is run by Commercial Property Marketing (“CPM”, “we”). We’ve kept this short because there isn’t much to say.
Your artwork and designs
Brand images you load into the map studio are processed in your browser to detect colours. They are not uploaded to us or anyone else. Your designs autosave in your browser’s local storage, on your device. We can’t see them. Downloaded design files are yours.
What we collect
- Usage counts. The studio counts sessions and exports per day as plain numbers. No IP addresses, names or images are stored with them.
- Server logs. Like every website, our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting, for a limited time.
- Map services. The map is loaded from MapTiler, which receives your IP address and the map areas you view in order to serve the map (see MapTiler’s privacy policy). Place search is also provided by MapTiler.
- Email. If you email us, we use your message to reply.
Cookies
The public site doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies. The studio uses your browser’s local storage to remember your design and settings.
